Do you remember a world when September 11th was just another day? It's hard to believe, but this year marks the 12th anniversary. It's been 12 years since 9/11, 12 years since terrorists hijacked several airplanes, flying two in the World Trade Center in New York City and one each into the Pentagon and a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
How do we remember the worst terrorist attack on American soil today? There are fewer memorials, fewer ceremonies, but even 12 years on, 9/11 is a day we should all remember, a day when we should all spend at least a few moments in quiet reflection.
